Who we are

This website is operated by Good Year Dental Laboratories Canada Ltd, Unit 1118, 750 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1J1. We are a dental laboratory serving dental professionals. This website is not intended for patients.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our contact, quote request and pickup request forms: your name, clinic name, email address and/or phone number, pickup address, postal code and preferred date and time (pickup requests only), and the content of your message.

Apart from the Submit a Case page, our forms do not accept file uploads. Please do not include patient names or health information in any form.

Case files you upload

When you submit a case, we collect your clinic and contact details, the patient's name, your case instructions, and the scan files and RX forms you upload.

Case files are stored in private cloud storage that only signed-in laboratory staff can access. They are never publicly available. Our notification emails do not include the patient's name. Case files are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, so please keep your own copies.

How we use it

We use your submission only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, or arrange a pickup. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How submissions are delivered

When you submit a form, your submission is sent securely to our laboratory's email inbox through a third-party email delivery service. This website and its form processing are hosted by Cloudflare. These service providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

Spam protection and security

To protect our forms from abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a person, and we apply rate limits based on a one-way hashed (anonymised) version of your network address, held only for a short time. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

Retention

Form submissions are kept in our laboratory email for as long as needed to respond to your request and for our ordinary business records.
